Philosophy & Vision
We can heal from trauma. We then transcend, overcome, and go from victim to
victor. From the healing journey, we are given amazing lifetime gifts of strength
and wisdom we would never have developed any other way.
My passion is to empower people to heal and grow from the trauma they
endured, to help them create a healthier life for themselves and their families, to
help them find and develop the wonderful person they really are inside, and to
develop their potentials and talents. We then come to accept and like ourselves.
We come to know we are important and can be excited about doing our special
purpose in the world.
The Definition of Trauma
I love this one:
“Trauma is something that happened to you that should never have happened.”
Boy, is that true for me and many of you! Trauma damages us, and we know we are not okay. We are on a discovery journey of finding the pieces from our healing. My puzzle took time, patience, hard work, and God’s love and restoration.
