6 Ways To Understand Rejection

Life is full of rejection, and it happens to everyone. To heal from it, we have to understand it. Here are 6 things to understand:

  1. The first and most important to know is You are not crazy. You have been traumatized, hurt, and rejected.
  2. The trauma of rejection has been researched. It damages our minds, bodies, and spirits. We know this because we feel it and see its effects in our lives.
  3. We are not being selfish when we heal. It is a time to focus on ourselves. Usually, we have not taken the time to heal and may have cared for others. We are so worth it!
  4. When we feel our feelings, we heal. If we do not, we shove them deep inside, causing damage and pain.
  5. You can heal. It is a choice. We have to make the decision to heal. It is hard work and takes commitment and determination. You can do it. You can turn suffering into freedom!
  6. We can become a Transcender who chooses to overcome and go beyond what happened to them at any age. Transcenders change the world.
